If purchasing our design services as a gift, please respond to our email containing the room questionnaire and indicate that your order is a gift. Let’s get started in creating your custom design! Within 24 hours after placing your order, we send you an email that includes your design questionnaire, room measuring and photo submission instructions. As soon as we receive all of your information, we will start working on custom designing your room or rooms, and will complete your professional custom room formula within two to three weeks.
