It is important to us that you feel completely comfortable in selecting Interior Design Service Online to assist you with your home. Interior Design is a very personal process and our commitment is to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your design package, please contact us by email with a detailed explanation of your concerns within 30 days of receiving your plan.

The first thing we will do is redesign the room for you so it better meets your expectations.

If that doesn't work, and you still are not pleased with the design, we will refund your money as long as the following conditions are met: first, you must have accurately and to the best of your ability answered all the questions on our initial questionnaire; and second, you must arrange the furniture as it appears on your room layout and send us photographs of the room. This allows our interior designer to view the room and your concerns. This needs to be done within 30 days of receiving your personalized plan.

We want you to feel confident in using our services and will do everything we can to keep you as a satisfied client, and therefore we have the above guarantee. Our expectation is that you will be so delighted with your custom design that you will hire us to design other rooms in your home, as well as refer our services to your friends and neighbors.

About the Designer

The creator of Interior Design Service Online is an ASID Allied Member, who currently owns a full service interior design studio. She has completed both residential and commercial projects and has a bachelor’s degree from California State University and a degree from University of California in Interior and Environmental Design. Additionally, the creator of Interior Design Service Online has appeared on HGTV’s hit show Designers’ Challenge and has had her design work published in both magazines and books. She now brings her design skills to the internet and is a pioneer in what she believes is the next wave in interior design, Interior Design Service Online.
