After King was arrested Thursday, Kimiai had expressed through her attorney that she intended to turn herself in, according to the release. Workers reportedly notified police after immediately after noticing that the ID and bank card presented by Lewis and King were both fake. According to the arrest document, Lewis told officers -- "he was coached by King on what to say with bank personnel to complete the transfer.". The driver said that he could not continue the fare unless all passengers were wearing their masks, according to a statement released by the San Francisco Police Department. A spokesperson for the department said potential charges include fraud theft, organized scheme to defraud and fraudulent. Kimiai was then shown grabbing Khadka's phone from his dashboard and pulling his mask from his face. Kimiai also posted video from her perspective behind Khadka where she claims he tried to get her and her friends to exit his car while on the freeway.
